SnapPool is in beta, so every event on it is free — every plan, every mode, nothing to add on. We are not quoting prices while that is true. Storage is the only cap on any plan.

One-off events
Paid once, per event. Guests are the number of people who can add photos; the retention period starts on the event date.

AI Gate is included on every subscription. Storage above the cap is charged per GB per month once the beta ends.
Add-ons
- AI Gate
- Screens every upload for nudity, gore and the obviously inappropriate before it reaches the gallery or the wall. Flagged items wait in your review queue. Included on every event while SnapPool is in beta. Content only — no faces, no identification.
- Extend before expiry
- Move the date yourself from the dashboard, up to what your plan keeps. We email you 30, 7 and 1 days before it so you can decide in time.
- Reactivate after expiry
- Restores an expired event from cold storage, within 90 days of expiry — free while SnapPool is in beta. After 90 days the photos are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Download the originals whenever you like. Nothing is re-encoded.

We email you 30, 7 and 1 days ahead. Move the date, or download everything.

After it expires
The gallery link stops working and the photos move to cold storage for 90 days. Reactivate free in that window; after it, permanent deletion.
Subscriptions: cancel any time after the minimum term. Your events stay live for 30 days, then follow the same 90-day cold-storage path above.
